It’s hard not to step on a toy when you walk around the Ford house (in a small part to our housekeeping and in a large part to the generous grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and others).
With Christmas just around the corner and Sage’s birthday not far behind, I decided to ask our almost 3-year-old if she would like to ask friends to donate to others instead of giving her more toys. And to my (and especially her father’s) surprise, she was excited about the idea. Moreover, she had a request that the donations go to sick children.
Our family’s lives have been touched by our amazing doctor, Dr. Jenkins. Dr. Jenkins lost his son, Seth, to leukemia not long after Sage’s birth. While this man was caring for our unborn child, he was fighting to keep his own.
So, in honor of Sage’s birthday and in memory of Seth Jenkins, we would love for you to donate to help find a cure for leukemia and lymphoma.
Be sure to dedicate in memory of Seth Jenkins. Feel free to send the card to our address: 2825 Woods Crescent, Grove City, OH 43123. I would love to show Sage how her generosity can multiply. I will then deliver the cards to Dr. Jenkins.

Thank you for helping fight cancer.
